The definite deal breaker though is the foam rollers, sweet Jesus Christ, I don't think I've ever loved an inanimate object more than a foam roller rofl. They just inflict SOOOOO much pain but it feels so good (no masochist). I know my hip flexors are tighter than a tight snare drum so I've been massaging the fuck out of them lately. Feels so goddamn painful when I dig right into the muscle and put all my weight on it for like 15 seconds <3.
Did Chest and tris on the first day, then Back and biceps and then Legs and abs. All 3 days, pumped super hard and feel like I've deserved my protein shake on all 3 days :). Physique is the best it's ever been which is always a good sign!
Officially 80kg of fat bastard now :D
