Sunday plyometrics and leg workout

Hadn't worked out legs at all since the holidays rofl because i don't really have that much equipment but today i was like screw it lets workout legs and work on my twitch muscle fibres. Also been getting a sore lower back frequently lately and that may be because of the muscle imbalance in my legs and upper body, so good to strengthen them!

Weather was hot as fuck today as well so i went topless for a little tan :DD Really worked hard today and was actually really happy with my intensity despite not much equipment and heat, feelssogood.jpeg :)). Routine went as follows:

- 2km run
- Squat jumps: 7 sets of 12 (tiring as fuck cuz, by the end didn't leave the ground much ROFL)
- Leg extensions super setted with body squats: 4 sets of 12
- Stiff leg dead lifts: 5 sets of 12 (Really good for the hammies <3)
- Lunges: 5 sets of 10 (Crazy hard for my quads and glutes lol, respects)
- Skipping (Dats right I'm a boxer now)

Took a total of 1.5 hours and will actually be pumping legs alot more now, so awesome! (strong young child opening Christmas presents enthusiasm AHAHA)
