La Physiquement

Yoyoyoyo, hey there everyone that is reading my blog or just currently reading this page. I don't care if you are a sad kunt or a sick kunt, if ur reading this blog then ur a sick kunt :)). Srsly though unless you're some sort of alien species its chill :D

As you probably know from reading my blog im really into gymming, achieving a shredded body and just all round improving quality of life via exercise and diet, Here's just what my diet mainly consists of and what my workout is currently looking like :)

FOODS:
- Good quality meat = fish, beef, chicken breast. Gotta get the protein in boys and love me-self some lean meats :))
- Broccoli, boiled for the ZMA and carbs. Lots of complex carbs in these and more veggies never hurt anyone <3
- Potatos, boiled again for the carbs where you at man where you at
- Carrots, don't really like the taste of these tbh but they are good veggies and have been known to improve eye sight and lets be honest i need to improve dat shit big time LOL :P
- Peas, bees like peas therefore i like peas (wtf chris?)

DRINKS:
- Different fruit juices, dont even care if theres a shitload of sugar in these lol, i just LOVE juice :P JUICE IT UP, JUICE IT UP BABY!
- Milk. Probably one of my main sources of protein right now which is really helpful :) love drinking milk and pretty much have it with every meal :P
- Water. Been trying to drink more water lately because everyone knows water is good for you :) yes even YOU.

SUPPLEMENTS:
- Nature's Own Odourless fish oil, can't go wrong with these bad boys = 4 a day
- Genovis Multivitamins = 2 a day
- Musashi bulk protein, chocolate flavour. Just to really help me hit my protein intake for the day and im currently bulking so i ain't complaning ;)


Current stack :)
WORKOUT:
Consisting of a 4 day split which is:
- Chest and triceps
- Back and biceps
- Legs
- Shoulders and traps
Also do abs on the days that i have time :), do this throughout the week at my cousin's home gym which is really helpful. Gonna have to sign up to a real gym soon though. Also utilising Fitness First Initiative for Teens program where teens can come in for free which is extremely helpful :) Feelssogood.jpeg pushing heavy ass weights :D
