Katherine's 18th Backyard Party

Had this dark and interdasting event on the Friday, 29th November. Left Louise's house around about 7:00pm and caught the bus there, the total travelling time there was quite a fair time because of the waiting bus times but all was good :). Got there around about 8:00pm if not a bit later and went around the groups. The party was held in her backyard and it was dark as all hell, that paired with my poor eyesight made recognising people's faces impossible if I was more than a meter from them LOL. I initially went around to every group staring at them for a solid 5 seconds like 3 metres away trying to recognise anyone rofl. Ended up having Katy call out to me while I was walking pass the group she was in and I sat down next to her and said hi to everyone in the circle :D. Asked Katy if there was anyone else in any other group that was worth seeing because I had no idea rofl :P.

Spent the majority of the time with Riley, Holly and Gabby. Me and Riley went outside for a quick smoke-o and had a mini DnM which I was listening the whole time somehow rofl. He was telling me about his ex, Heidi and it was quite sad. Guess every teen boy has to go through a heart break :( sucks dick.

Katherine set up this birthday book where people could write messages in it and I wrote this long ass message. I saw one of her more older friends was reading it and talking to her friends about it, hopefully they don't think I'm some sort of homo poofter lolol.

Also got to talk to Gayb which was chilled. We talked alot about the past and a little bit about how we were in the same home group in year 8. Got me all nostalgic and weird feeling ahah :P. While we were talking some Jesse McCartney came on the music player and I absolutely lost my shit. Grew up with Jesse and love alllll his songs. Sang along as hard as a beaver singing to a beaver song.

Djamila was so kind as to drive me home/Louise's house from Katherine's at like 12ish so plenty of thanks to her. It was out of the way and she still did it ahah.

Was a very relaxing and lad back night and was good seeing people I hadn't seen since school again ahah. Especially them chiller Asian peeps.
