Sighhh, this problem has been going on for 2 or so years now, so probably gonna take a year or so to fix it :/ Fuarkin sucks so fuarkin much cuz the pain is actually mesmerising. LITERALLY feel it 24/7 from the second i wake up to the second i go to sleep. So baddd because i have the physique of a sick kunt but the lower back of a 50 year old.
If any of u guys are out there that lift and read this, please do not neglect any body part. Strengthen ur whole physique not only for looks but for functionality so ur not the one sitting in ur chair right now feeling as if a fuarkin dagger is going in ur spinal cord. Stay safe. Today is the officially the day where i really start to fix this problem, godspeed peeps.
