In the prime of my physique nowadays, well for the last few years anyway :P my peak is definitely not for a long time lads and ladettes :D. Showed this pic to Chi today and she was satisfied.

Dodgy as hell though because when i have clothes on i hardly look as if i lift :/ can't wait till extremely loose and shirtless season. Damn baby i know you just around the corner.
