B-ball A's team activating our shred

Got 2 free GoodLife passes from my man Carter and decided to give one to Ben so me, Ben, David and Sammy could go to the gym together for a hard session. Got there around about 12:00pm on the Friday and got in, I had to pretend to be someone else because I've used so many trials at Good Life before and told Sammy to write Steven Hoi and he wrote Steven Hoe LOL.

Got in, got changed and went up to the weights area. We started off by being in two separate groups, me + Sammy and David + Ben. But we eventually all just combined. I didn't think this would be an effective way of working out because of the much longer rest times but that just meant I could push heavier weight which was surprisingly a lot more of a better chest pump. Went super heavy on all the sets and only did like 4-6 reps, feelsgoodman.jpeg. Was pretty surprised at how strong Ben and Sammy were ahah, especially Ben :P Dat dere state basketball muscle.

After our hard chest session we all went to the steam room and sauna, took some snaps beforehand though and the photographer was actually the most chillest bloke ahah. We did the usual shower, steam room and sauna cycle many times over and it was bliss. Was that much better because it's Winter <3. Decided to take some more photos because we were all sweaty and shit :P Man, I missed the steam room and sauna cycles.

Once we were all super tired, we left and went to Maccas. Met up with David since he had to leave earlier to meet Strali for a lunch date, and we all enjoyed the unhealthiest of unhealthy proteins :)
