Well you guys have all stuck by my for a great span of 17 days now yo! so thank you very much again. I know ive thanked you all very much already but i cant thank you guys enough. Lifting.......some furniture

Was going to workout hard today because i didnt yesterday and was goin to go for a run today but my cousins are moving houses so i went with them and moved furniture instead. We literally moved everything that you could think of from sofas to goddam fridhes, GODDAM FRIDGES. Was a pretty damn good workout for my overall body and is something that i'm not use to which is good! :) Had KFC though while i was helping them move which doesnt help my diet and also had pizza last night. Just so hard to resist :(( give me the strength viewers to diet, GIVE ME THE STREGNTH GARGHHHHH. Just fnished a can of tuna though in olive oil, tastesgoodman.jpeg :) Planned it out so ill eat again at like 7:30 and then eat again at 10pm before i go to sleep :). So much homework though tonight and i mean it this time. Lets see if i can cope with this, i know that i can though because im a smart cookie, or so ive been told :).

Hey everyone sorry bout not blogging about last night i know i really let down my viewers, you guys are all levendis :) BUt was so tired last night and just slept like a baby. 2 weeks down 6 weeks to go

So 2 weeks down of saturday school today and 6 more to go yo. Should be fun and tiring, mainly tiring and partly a bitch to finish. had an oral exam today where we had to retell a recount or a fairy tale or sumthin. Everyone came to class with it all prepared and everyithing and written on paper. I didn't prepare worth squat shit and even figured out my story that day. Decided to go with the boy who cried wolf. Did lots of hand actions and stuff and made everyone laugh which was sick as hell :)) Also was like "and then all the ppl from the town ran to go save the boy, the men were really strong.......like me and tensed to the teacher ROFLL". its funny cuz shes like a 60 year old viet lady which was really strict but she found it funny and the class was cracking up. Feels good man :) Also played hand ball for the first time today in a really really really long time and it felt so weird. I was so uncoordinated but i got use to it quick and raped cunts :) Anyways eating my usual meal right now to get some protein and we'll see how the rest of this day goes. Finished my workout of some delts baby DELTS, shoulders for u guys :) and some quality abs. Really pumped abs hard with ab crunches and some motherfuckin leg raises. Its happened so many times where i wanted to blog about something but then i forget. its usually a memory i had really really really long ago like 7 years or so or a habit that i have that i wanted to share with you guys :P Anyways this is a memory from back when i was in year 2 and went to St. Thomas moore College. ANYWAYS, back in year 2 my friend he left to go to meblourne forever or sumthin but i havent heard from him since. FFSSS. His name was daniel something i cant even remember. But i remember that he was a pimp back then that got all the girls and i was jealous, he even had like year 6 girls goin after him cuz he was so cute lulzz good times. But i use to hate him and threaten to tell him off for going into the "big kids" side wateva that meant. But anyways he eventually left and i was really sad :(( He sent me a letter one day. 2 letters actually to our class, one for me and one for this girl that he liked who i liked aswell but thats another story, i didnt like her at that moment. I use to let her brothe play soccer with us though to get on her good side rofl im a fagggot. alright to continue i accidentally got her letter and i opened it and inside was a loveheart but i never read it. Wasn't going to do my workout tonight, started off with some single arm dumbbell rows and was like nah fuck it after the 2nd set. Was just thinkin bout resting and stretching for the night and calling it quits because i was so tired and sore. But then i realised im not a fuckin pussy and flipped on a zyzz vid and saw that he had pure aesthetics. At that moment i remembered a formspring post that zyzz did awhile back. Even when ur tired, sore, its too cold, its too late or any bullshit like that u just have to hit that gym. Because thats what sets u ahead of the cmopetition. I dont even know if thats right but i know he said somethin about goin no matter what the conditions were and fuarkkkkk i realised that even though im tired i have to for zyzz. So yet again Zyzz has been my saviour and i had a killer workout sesh of about 1.5 hours fuarkkkkkk. feels good man. So yea the moral of this post is always do what you have to do because if u dont then u cant go back to THIS time and it was wasted. HEY EVERYONESSSIESSSS, alright dats enough homo for me tdoay. Today was damn good but so cold in the morning. Started off with some science and concentrated pretty damn hard for that which was good and then had some french. Huge bludge but learnt a bit form that. Finished off a movie in Italian and got an assignment for it which is bad but ah wells i can do dat shit like pie. Movie was "A Night Before the Exam," which was very interseting actually and i enjoyed it alot fuarkkkkkkk. Ms.Basso my teacher said there was a 2010 versian and a 1980 version but she cuoldnt find the 2010 version so we watched the older one she said it would be as good but i thought it was awesome. My class didnt think so though :PP

Well im about to go for my run soon, thank god it heated up now and ill be able to do sprints and go super hard. Should be fun. Oh and home ec today was awesome yo made some steak, broccoli, potatos and carrots aussie style. Post workout wakapalooza!!!

Just got done with my chest and biceps session. Went pretty good and lasted about 1.5 hours. Im satsified for now.....like an animal in the night ROARRRR. Alright the moral of that was dont be a faggot when ur older :P Didnt end up doing abs cuz my abs are still sore from the run to be completely honest, if i were to be a spartan i would be one week spartan. yea im no spartan lulzzzz. Excited for my run tomorrow, will always do a run on tuesday because i have home ec that day and i eat alot at school so i dont need to go home and eat then wait for it to digest then run yayyyyyyyyyy. yea dont be a faggot again :P. Feels weird man

Not such a good day today but it wasn't completely bad so that was alright. Just didn't feel too strong or happy today :P. Needa avoid putting myself in situations that make myself feel bad to be completely honest with you guys and then maybe i won't feel so bad. Quick run at night

No idea why i thought named this post "quick run at night" when it was a pretty damn long one :P Atleast the night bit was true. Left the house at like 7pm and didnt get back till 8:15pm. When i got there, there were emo people playing cricket in the emo nets. I imagined them just ganging on me and beating me up (no homo) They seemed like pretty nice people just tryin to have a nice time though. I think they were intimidated by me with my shaved head and wearin full black but idk :P Next people that came long were a white and asian couple rofl. Thw white guy was just playing soccer and the girl was sitting there. They left after like 30 minutes of the guy doing all the sports and her just laying around :P Last couple that came was an indian couple. I left before they left but they were mirin my sprints. Atleast i thought so or maybe they thought i was retarded sprinting without a top on :P

Aight now actually back onto the run. Jogged about 2km like last time then did 12x60m sprints. Felt good man :)   A total of about 2.7km ran which is not too bad. Next week ill bump it up to 3km. The last few sprints were so goddam tiring but it felt good in the end. My hip feels like its fucked and my calves were burning like a fucker when i was doing the jog but nothing a good nights sleep cant cure :). When i got home i showered a pure cold shower fuarkkkkkk feeels alpha man and now im eatin apples that my mother cut up (no homo).

Saturday school

Had saturday school today for the first day :) was alrigh ti guesss. Maths was decent because i actually did my homework at adelaide high for specialist maths which was good. feelsgoodman.jpeg to have shit out of the way. Viet was so goddam boring as hell goddamit GODDAMIT. nearly fell asleep but if i had teacher wouldve killed me :P Did a 2 page viet essay though whcih was awesome so im a smart cookie after all :) Played a few games of LoL today which went awesome and im about to go on my run. First week of school is over guyssss :) Day was alright not too shabby but not too great either. Back from school and town :)

School was pretty good today, but not the best. The weather is weird as hell and was really hot yesterday now its raning :/ who knows who knows. DAMN U ZEUS DAMN U!!!!! Good news though is that i got a 48/50 for my group DI with lees, steven and zach attack :) I also got 41/45 on my single DI on triangles. Feels good man fuarkkkk. Also went to town today with my friend Karate Kickhead Kimbo looking for shoes for the big Q dogga for her birthday but couldnt find them. Ended up lok for a whole goddam 1.5 hours GODDAMIT. I also had to use 3 trips today because I had to use 2 trips to get home becase it wasn;t in the span of 2 hours. Fuck me. Currently eating right now to get my protein in cuz im hungry as fuck yo from walkin around town as cardio. may or may not do a workout on shoulders tonight. See how we go :)

Transformers 3, no dice

Finished my homework for the night with my science homework, a total of about 1.2k words for an essay on the social behaviour of an orangutan. yayyyyyyy :)) took some time and determination but i did it. To be honest though like 1/3 and 2/3 of the way through i stopped and pumped a zyzz song and danced for a bit to loosen myself up :D FUARKKKKKKK. 

Just got done watching Transformers 3 aswell and lets just say.........it was alright.......for a beginners movie. Shit kept on jumping from scene to scene in the last half which was fuckin weird as fuck cuzzzzzzzzz. Alot of the stuff they did as humans was also impossible pretty much cuz they wouldve all broken their faces :P they also let alot of people just slip and didn't follow up on their story which was pretty bad e.g. the russian guy that worked for space thingy and the boss guy that was weird as fuarkkk. But overall i guess the movie was alright it worked with what it got and did it in under 3 hours so dats aight. Overall I give it a 3/5 stars. P,s. this new girl isnt better than megan fox IMO. Nearly cried btw in some scenes becase it was so sad :(( (no homo).

As I said before in my blog yo i went for a run which was alright but pretty sure I actually got a heat stroke for it because i was so tired and when I got home I was stumbling everywhere. We run like beasts going into the night

Just got dont from my run at the park. Funny though when I got there I saw these other 2 sick kunts running aswell and when they were resting one of them was shadow boxing. Figured they mustve been training for some sort of martial arts like muay thai. One of them was actually pretty big :P They even had a fat old guy timing them like in Rocky :P.

Did a total of about 2.5km ran, did about 2km in jogging and 500m sprints which consisted of 10, 50m sprints. Was overall a pretty good running session, not quite as fit as I would like to be but ah wells dats okay. This is just the first run of many that will come in summer for the ultimate shred. Took up alot more time that I thought it would (1 hour and was hping for only like 30 minutes max) and im tired as fuarkkk right now so probably not pumping out my back and bi's sesh tonight but we'll see. Just woke up from my deep 7 hour sleep, feels good man. Shaved my head earlier today after school at like 5pm or so :). Went 2 on the sides and a 2.5 on the top, atleast my mum said it was 2.5. Probably was 3 or something :PP. Still looks good though. Workout wasn't actually too bad aswell but after I shaved I showered and was all clean and then worked out and got sweaty again. Ah wells the shower in the morning will do me good!. I am really grateful that i have her as a friend, like really grateful srs talk and i am so happy that she can help me through everything and i litreally mean everything. :)) makes me teary to write this right now (no homo)(okay slightly homo)(srsly no homo). The second person that i wanna give a real shout out to is.......ummmmmmm....i forgot her name wtf. Oh wait i didnt i would never forget this person yo srs talk. Thats right Jasmine Phan im talkin about you. jasmine is a really really really really good friend yo. I like the little things that she does for me that is really fuckin awesome like no joke man fuarkkkk. And even when she doesnt think she is helping me she is like srs talk lol.  No im not a faggot, atleast i hope not :PP. But yea jasmine is a erally awesome person and im extremely grateful that i have her as a friend because of everything that she does and just who she is as a person. Her cheeks are also awesome as fuckkkkkkkkkk rofl so squishy and i think thats a really good quality of hers, probably her best. Just wanna give a shout out to a few certain people who helped me make this blog possibles :)).

First person would have to be david "dicksucker" ngo. As much as i am his friend i have to admit he is one good garen/xin zhao/kat/gangplank/ and future ezreal player. Sweet jesus lets just say we should surrender at 20 if you get my drift. Fallow me, doctors checking in, i just let go - just a few hilarious sayings that have come out of LoL....where legends are made (srs). Well david helped make this blog possible by pretty much doing all the technical stuffs because i couldnt be stuffed just after the first 5 minutes to be honest cuz it seemed so hard. Second person that I would like to give a shout out to is Xenophon also known as x factor/x shredder/ huge kent/ zyzz 2.0/ the punisher/ biggest there is/ the lifter. You know alot of variations of a beast. But srsly xenophon is a lad man and hes been there for me all the time man and dats real respect.
