Random stuff dats cracking and a lacking :)

Finished my workout of some delts baby DELTS, shoulders for u guys :) and some quality abs. Really pumped abs hard with ab crunches and some motherfuckin leg raises. It aint easy being shredded, i aint even shredded :P Anyways im curerntly eating some chicken breast, broccoli, carrot, rice and eggs and a cup of milk. Cept mum brought in a plate of nashi and it tastes like jessus christ so im eating that now :P Still gonna fnish my main meal though in due time.....in due time.......... Apparently when she was pregnant with me she ate alot of nashis lol :P Been listening to simple plan a fair bit actaully lately, sounds really really really good. Im not usually into this type of music but i find that its pretty damn good incase u didnt understand that i think its pretty good u know theoretically speaking its good. kekekekekekkeke. Well dats wats on my mind for now lol that i thought id share with u guys :P Heres a pic of a nashi :)
