Anyways decided to do some abs and cardio today to let me finger "repair" itself. And by that i mean go super hard on abs but do like hardly any cardio hehehe. Did a whole ton of ab exercises today which was pretty damn hard and hopefully shocked my abs like pikachu and raichu shocking another pokemon at the exact same time in synchronisation. Once i was done with abs went down to do some cardio, original plan was to do 30 minutes of cardio but only ended up doing 10 ahah, legs were sore from yesterday cuz i pumped legs hard oldschool style.
Really good oblique exercise in my honest opinion
