Then went on to do some triceps and did some skull crushers supersetted with close grip bench press, kickbacks supersetted with 30 diamond push ups & tricep pull downs supersetted with single arm pull downs.
Lots of you guys wouldn't understand what alot of this is but i don't have anything to blog about so i thought i would write this down :PP. Pumped super hard today and i would have to say it was the Arnold presses that fucked me in the asshole big time, SO FUARKKKIN GOOOD!!!!!
Also entered shredded cunt mode today i think, physique is looking not too shabby :)
Starting position of Arnold press, strong mirin himself ROFL, dw it's sorta what i was doing aswell kekeke :P
