Changed the way i do lying down leg raises now aswell which now hits my lower abs more. My upper abs are pretty decent but my lower are pretty much non-existant right now so going to do these leg raises more and put some mass on them :)
Here are two pics that i took on the way home that i thought looked cool lol. Saw it and kept on walking and was like "wait a second this looks sick," so walked back and took 2 snapshots :)).
Nice close up i thought i would get. Wonder what these birds are actually thinking...hmmm......
