BACK:
- Pullups = 5 sets of 10
- Barbell rows = 4 sets of 10
- Dumbbell rows = 5 sets of 10
- Deadlift supersetted with shrugs = 5 sets of 10
TRICEPS
- Kickbacks supersetted with Dips = 6 sets of 10
- Diamond pushups = 4 sets of 20

Hittin up about 40g of protein for my post workout meal :). Gotta start dieting again srsly but its sosososo hard. Harder the challenge the greater the reward i guess :) Let's see wat happens
