FST-7

Tried adding this new part to my workout on back and biceps today :) Its called FST-7 and pretty sure theres a shitload more to it but i think the basics is just doing ur usual workout and then for your last exercise of each bodypart u do 7 sets with only about 30 second rests between sets to really shock the muscle and get day pump. Today i did FST-7 on one armed dumbbell rows and some seated preacher curls....feelspumpedman.jpeg. Workout wasn't so good to start off with because i was so tired from my run but this new regime pumped it back and i pumped pretty hard :DD.


Painful expression on his face is what all us lifters strive for every workout <3
