Started my leg workout as soon as possible, original plan was to work with Aiden but he came super late so i pumped alone which was still a FUCKIN QUALITY pump boysss fuarkkkkk :)) Ended up doing some pretty heavy weights but only a 90kg squats, not really sure if thats good or not tbh, was hoping for the 100kg but my lower back was hurting like a little bitch. I'm such a sad old man *old man face mode activated* AHAHAH :$
Another weird thing was that i was ACTUALLY scared and feared failure when doing the squats lol, not because i was scared i was going to injure myself. I guess it was just because i was scared i wasn't going to be able to push out the weights. Fuckin the weirdest fear ever like srsly, feels so beta :( but i was like fuck dat big time and smashed my leg workout, fuck da haters. COME AT ME DOMS (for tomorrow) :PP
Now dats a real squat, mad respect to him for finishing this rep :))
