Lunges with the barbell and asian man

Hit up legs today and went SUPER HARD. Actually really surprised at the strength that i had today lol. Mightve been from the KFC i ate earlier but that gave me a pretty upset stomach throughout the workout LOL. Ended up doing 5 sets of 100kg squats, 4 sets of 300kg leg press and some other stuff that i went heavier than i usually do. Also been hitting up the barbell lunges instead of the dumbbell ones because my grip gives out too quick and i dont feel it at all in my legs and lets just say barbell lunges are FUARKKIN SICK. Feels so gangster but on my last set or so i lose sensation in my fingers and arms LOL because of the awkward position they are in :P.

Weird ass thing was, while i was doing leg extension this Asian guy about 35 or so years old is sitting on the pec fly machine next to me and turns around ans says, "nice body." LOLOLOLOLOL. I just said thanks and continued on with my workout :P Was pretty weird but i think he was just being nice. He's been mirin' for a few days now though and did for the rest of that night hehe ;)). Strangest thing was that he also ended up catching my bus home that night ROFL. I saw him looking at me through the corner of my eye, hoping for a hello, but i just pretended like i didnt see him :P. if i dont blog again tell my girl i like her :$
