Ole' Workout Routine

Recently found my old workout routine back when i was in like year 6 or so LOL and have been meaning to blog about it for awhile so here we go. It's actually the stupidest thing ever LMAO, if i could slap myself back then, i would. And by slap i mean give some advice :D.

Day 1- Mon : Biceps & Triceps
Day 2- Tues: Legs & Shoulder
Day 3- Wed : Biceps & Triceps
Day 4- Thur: Chest & Back
Day 5- Fri : Biceps & Triceps

Abs for 15 minutes on everyday except for tuesday and thursday
Abs for 10 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday due to Judo

AHAHAHHAHAHAHA at me doing "biceps & triceps" so much LOLLL. Good times, good times. I dont remember myself being one of those people that just wanted big arms but it seems like i was ROFLL. Its funny because i pay people out like this now but i was once one of them. I guess its part of the process of getting huge :')). Goddam i've got a long way to go still, fuarkkkkk. Get shredded or die mirin'
