Had gym nice and early in the morning today lads and ladettes, did some hardcore shoulder and triceps with aiden and ammanuel. Only us three boys there today but it was still aights :) Goddamit had something on my mind the whole time which honestly held me back from working out 100% which fuckin sucked lol, nonetheless i pumped as hard as i could but just couldnt get the pump goin in my mind, weak shit cuz. After gym went to town to go buy some le coq sportif shoes but they ran out of my size so i decided to go pure white vans. Still pretty sexy so should be good lads :).
