Did some back and tris today at Fitness First with David "Nogo23", went pretty damn hard even though we were joking. Had a sick workout and when i thought i was done and didn't have anything left in my i thought a particular thought and really pushed through and had a killer workout. Feels alpha man :).

After Fitness First instead of going to the beach i went to look for a Christmas present for my brother with shithead, lucky David told me about the 40% sale at Toys R Us because they are closing down. When we got in probably about half of the stuff was gone off of the shelves lol, never seen anything like it before so it was fully gnarllly matte fuarkkkkkk, rofl. Looked around for a bit and bought these beyblades for him, respects :)

Afterwards i went to the chemist warehouse to buy some fish oil for myself :)

Weather was so good today though fuarkkkk should've gone beach but ah wells, tomorrow i will. 37 degrees tomorrow aswell jesus christ should be hot hot hot!
