1 year anniversary of Zyzz' death

Zyzz died on the 05/08/2011, and was the one year anniversary of his passing into mount Olympus on the Sunday, original plan was to pump shoulders hard as fuarkkkk on Monday to honour him as that was his favourite body part to train. Ended up forgetting which is so fuckin stupid of me and did a pretty lousy half assed chest workout aswell ://.

To make up for it, today i pumped super fuckin hard on my back and tris workout, worked my back as hard as cattle get worked on a farm full of hardworking farmers. Can actually feel the soreness of it now when i move ahah, feelsSOgoodman.jpeg. Hopefully this workout honors him the right way.
