BEANSSS!!!!111

Been watching more of the HodgeTwin videos on working out and re-evaluated alot of my training and dieting routine. Gonna be cutting back on my workout durations because im pretty damn sure ive been overtraining my ass off, hit cardio 4 times a week after workouts - only short runs of 2km, add some new shit into my diet for my hungry hungry little stomach.

Newest addition is actually BEANSSS, and in particular red kidney beans. Actually legitimately the best shit around. Its got everything i need from da proteins to da carbs to da fibrezzzz, FUARKKKKK ELLA REEE. Defs mirin the nutritional value and taste of beans <3. Gonna also buy some cottage cheese soon for dat dere calcium for strong bones.


Gives me SOOOO much gas though AHAHAHA
