Just finished my run of 3.8km in about 18 minutes which is a nice little record for me :D (yes i know its still slow as snorlax with rollerblades). Gonna change my cardio to somethin like 2 days of cycling sprints which will be 1 minute sprints, then 30 second rests and repeat for a total of 15 minutes and then runs on sundays for 3.8km +. Should be able to build explosive power, endurance and some solid fat loss from dis shiznats.
Did the run tonight in a singlet and shorts which feels manly man, was gonna go topless AHAHAHA, to see what its like being a spartan, cuz they train in no matter what weather. Yes i love Spartacus :$. But then i thought it would be a bit weird. Will do it some time when its later in the night and noone is around!
