Recently lost some flare in my workouts and motivation to maintain my diet :( but after watching some of their vids and knowing more about lifting and diet in general it relit my flames ahahaha. For some reason i love their vids about their diet meals. Goddam i love seeing like pics and vids of quality meals with lots of protein and shiz (no fetish weird cunt).
Also turns out ive been working out pretty incorrectly this whole time with my cardio, workout length and too much focus on isolation exercises and not compound ones and my diet. Will ease up on all 3 to avoid over training, especially the isolation exercises, jesus christ i was an isolation bitch. Will be seeing all kinds of gainz comin in soon baby, FUARKKKK.
