Haven't gymmed in literally 2 weeks so my workouts have actually raped my balls and asshole repeatedly. My best is the sorest it's ever been. Like even resting it and not straining it still feels sore. It's actually amazing, simply amazing.
On the second day Julia decided to come as well and we pumped back and bis together. I pushed her pretty hard and apparently this is the hardest she's ever worked out weights-wise ahah. Feelsgoodman.jpeg to be dat dere trainer.
Shes actually pretty strong for a girl which was surprising and has more muscle mass than I previously thought.
Anyways back to me, I've missed going to the gym and feeling that there pain. Those two weeks of gym have been hard and now I actually feel those feel-good endorphins releasing and how they actually help :D Bulking season come at me cunt
