Trained chest and arms today and Yong Gu decided to join us so we did a 3 way session (strong homo). Our workout literally went for 2.5 hours rofl, like it was sooooo long but seemed like nothing because we all messed around. This was arguably one of my best chest workouts ever :D I hardly ever and i mean hardly, like a really hard stone, ever feel my upper chest being strained/stretched when doing incline bench press but I could definitely feel it today.
