Before the shred

Went to Anytime Fitness with my gym mate, Ben awhile back and we pumped a great session. The gym was completely empty since we went late on a Friday night and we were posing in the mirrors every 30 seconds LOL, Ben and Chrissy loves the narcissism ;).

End of our workout, we went into a real 'posing room' with huge mirrors  and great lighting and took some progress pictures. These are the official pictures before my diet and shred begins boys and girls.

P.S. Was taken about 2 weeks ago

P.P.S. I was terribly sick for 2 weeks prior to these pictures, was meant to start my shred so much sooner but had to eat everything in sight just to get energy, such terrible feels :/. Partially why I was fat as hell on muck-up/dress-up day LOL.

Back is looking pretty wide but lacking thickness, hard. Especially on the lower back :/

Thought provoking pickies

Subscribed to alot interesting pages related to all the cool stuff I like that others don't (bodybuilding, outside-box-thinking, inspriation, etc.) on instagram lately because screw that following and follower ratio :P. Here are some really thought provoking pictures that I scrolled past when I'm lying in my bed late at night sussing the feed.

Enjoy!

Please open and check mad doggas. Middle picture is something that when I realised it hit me like crazy, no-one in this world, not a single person. No matter how wise or smart they are, knows what the fuck is going on half the time LOL. It's scary how there is never the 'right' guidance in this world. But fuck it, let's suit up make our own path fellow blog readers :)

Bakery related joke of the day

Mum recently started working at my Aunty and Uncle's Bakery that just opened up not even a month ago and every night when he comes home late, she brings the best bread home. Like fuarkkkkk, I was born in the bakery lifestyle back when I lived in the dangerous town of Elizabeth and I love my motherfucking bread. Fresh bread is arguably one of the best tasting things in the world (srs).

Mum brings home all kinds of baked stuff like desserts, rolls, loaves, cheese & bacon rolls, dessert rolls and donuts. So much more stuff she can bring home as well that it's so sick :D. Always find it funny though how there is so much left over at the end of the day and I eat some of it, so technically I'm eating away the profits LOLOLOL. Such a life plus though getting bakery grade goods throughout the week, so privileged hehehehe. Wish I was still on dat dere bulking time hard though, would be doing carbs all day erryday :P <3.

Anyways, funny thing of the day is that I was talking to me mum about how her work today was and I asked her how business is with a competing bakery that is literally across the road from ours (Walkerville Bakery). And she said in the long run we'll surely beat them. I don't know how it popped up but she said that we sell donuts for $1.50 and they sell it for $2.60 BAHAHAHA. They are actual that fucked, we sell shit for that low price it's crazy LOL. Thinking about it now, this fact isn't even that funny but at the time me and my mum had a laugh about it LOL.

Some stuff my mum brought home tonight. Pics DO NOT do it any justice at all :/. This Vietnamese roll smells so delish. Shame I can't eat it though because it's my fasting window now since I'm on the ultimate diet of Intermittent Fasting.

Exam count is at 14 lads (achievement unlocked)

Official count is now at 14 exams completed across my three subjects, Maths Studies, Physics and Chemistry. DING DING DING, Feels fuarking great man ahah :D. Went to school today as usual on my study date with Qetads (no homo), was a really fun experience rofl. I don't know how but I somehow eventually was able to be 'myself' around him. The 'myself' that random swears really loudly, bangs tables and jumps around LOL. Yeah, I'm like Dr. Jekyl and my other side is a retarded shit head x.

Did the 2004 Math Studies exam today along with the 2006 Physics. The maths one was especially hard and was really surprised when I got 96% for it ahah :D. Highest I've ever got in a practice and real exam I reckon. Yes, I know my marking isn't like a proper teachers but I was very strict and well yeah :) I'm proud of my big bald head hehehehe.

The 2006 physics was a real bitch and while doing it, I was shouting to Qetads heaps LOL. It's great when we work through an exam together. Even though it's not super quite exam conditions (which is theoretically what we should be doing), with questions we can't answer we ask each other. We get each other's explanations and ways of interpreting questions. We both help each other and it's great ahah. Excellent learning situation (srs).

Also have very intellectual conversation with Q-Dog as well, there is hardly anyone that I can have a 'smart' conversation with where big words are thrown around and topics and ways of life that are taboo are talked about. Also talk about more touchy topics like religion and race which is a learning experience and a half. Feelslikeintellectualgentleman.jpeg :D.

View from a teacher's seat in a class room where we did the physics exam. Teacher's actually have that much view over every student. Like a motherfucking hawk bitches!

An Idea (Youtube)

Been watching more and more youtube videos lately. Lots of beneficial videos from Elliot Hulse especially and other motivational videos. One's that I think are really good are, "Draw My Life," ones. Elliot Hulses and Destorm Power's videos on this showed they went through some really hard lives and sure as all hell made it out on top. Much respect for these two dudes, literally started from the bottom and now they're at the top (no drake dick suck).

What I find especially cool all the time, is that I use to watch Destorm's youtube videos before he became really big. Like back when he'd only get like 10k views instead of millions. I use to watch his workout videos all the time many years ago ahah. Never ever thought he'd make it to where he is now though, hard mirin' for sure :).

A, "Draw My Life," that connects to me is NigaHiga's. To be honest, I think his videos aren't that good since awhile back, maybe my sense of humour has changed :P. But decided to watch this video and what he had in it was awesome. My teenage journey is no where like his but some aspects of his and mine are the pretty much the same. The thoughts and feelings. Makes me feel all fuzzy that someone so famous and happy all the time has the same things going on with them :$.

Anyway, to cut to the point. After all this Youtube watching as of late, I'm inspired to make a Youtube channel. Like I'm sure I'm an interesting person and if I kept this blog on public 24/7 then I would be getting alot more viewers from all around the world. I think people would be interseted if I made Youtube videos :D. Not sure when this will start though, don't even know where to begin ROFL. Don't know a single thing about this whole recording shiznats. Possibly may not even happen so please don't be expecting it fellow viewers!

That's enough of my series of blog posts tonight guys, hope you all have a warm night and snuggle yourself into your blanket. Get all tight like a burrito (always loved that expression AHAHAHAH)

P.S. Search up their "Draw My Life" videos for a good watch!

TWCS memories getting a fresh refreshment

Picked up my brother today and as always, I stayed back and sat down as he was playing hand ball once school finished as he always does. Makes me remember alot of memories I had back when I was still wearing the ole uniform ahah :).

I always use to play hand ball as well and was arguably one of the best rofl (no brag). I just raped cunts and invented this sweep called the "sugar sweet sweep" where it was super low and unrehittable (not even a word). I remember back when I was in years 4-7, I thought I knew EVERYTHING about the world. I thought I knew how people worked, what they thought, what it took to be successful, girls/gangas and how to make friends and everything. Man, I either was Einstein reincarnated to an Asian form or was a mass douchebag, surely the latter boys, surely LOL.

Also used to play Zoo Tycoon ALOT back in the day, would always start with Jelly fish exhibit as it would get the zoo award asap. Next up would always be Bengal Tigers because they were the definition of yucky with the boys. They were cool as hell and would be able to swim in water when you put it in the exhibit. That was so awesome at the time AHAHAHA. Man, I remember only some fences would work with some animals as they can break out and shit. The first time I also learnt about adding water attractions and putting water instead of in the exhibit but outside so people can swim. And omg, you could put like this dolphin venue in as well so people jumped on the dolphins, FUARKKKKK <3. No brag here, but I know some zoos I made would've been that good. Wish I still had the saved files to open them back up :'(.

In year 4, with my most favourite teacher of ALL time, Ms. Wiseman. We played Queen Bee and Jail Break Game all the time during PE (asked my brother if he plays this today btw and he said he doesn't know what they were, seriously wtf.....) This one time, it was me and my mate Joseph vs. the rest of the class. Yes, we were that fucking athletic LOL. We almost won if it wasn't for this bloke Jayden (whom I didn't like at the time) pretended to talk to Ms. Wiseman but the little shit had a ball behind his back the whole time and hit me when I wasn't expecting it and me and Joseph lost :/. Me and Jayden ended up being best friends the next year if i remember ahah :P.

God, I miss Primary school :') <3.

School's actually changed so much. I look at these kids and ALWAYS think did someone in year 12/older look at me when I was like this and thinking this exact same thought. I would've been such a little child back then ahah.

Saw my fave, Ms. Best

Went to school today to ask some physics questions with Ms. Best and to do the 2007 physics exam with Qetada. Saw Ms. Best in the morning and it was a little bit awkward for some reason rofl. Then I saw Q dog and we sat down in a room and got working away. The whole time we were meant to be super concentrated but I kept on shouting out, "QETADA QETADA!" in a really Indian accent LOL. It was racist but sooooo funny AHAHAHAHA. Since I'm on intermittent fasting time, I hadn't eaten all day and was hungry as fuark. Original plan was to not eat until like 2:00pm when I'd go home and pick up my gay brother from his school. But Q-Tip offered me his sort of wrap thing which his mum made and was heaps his country cuisine. I'll be honest, I don't really know where he's from LOL. Tasted pretty good though, love eating other countries cuisine :).

Qetada didn't believe that the 2013 atoms and nuclei test was the same as 2011 so we made a HUGE deal about it and a bet of Subway cookies. Went to go see Ms. Best at like 1ish and things weren't awkward anymore ahah. It's interesting how when I'm in fun mood nothings awkward with anyone. Makes me think, I can just switch if I believe it and I'd be a chilled kent 24/7 :P. Got the 2013 test and compared it with the 2011 and yeah I won LOL. Went over to Subway, got the cookies. Conor was there as well, which was chilled.

Qetada forgot to print some exams so we went back to school to print the 2005 and 2006 maths studies exam for each of us. By now, it was time for me to hard flex to pick up my brother. Caught the bus home and then walked over with no minutes to spare.

The rest of the day was spent at home, getting in some more physics exam revision and before the night is done, I hope to do some more maths studies statistics stuff.

Managed to get in another calisthenics circuit workout which was really good. Did a new circuit which involved some isolated biceps work. I gave my weights and resistance bands to Ming so I made do with what I got. I put in physics and chem text books that my cousin gave me into the bag to make it heavy and incorporated some real good curls into the circuit LOL. Pretty funny because some of these books I never used to study all year but now put them to use to work out dem gunzzzzzz :D.

Intermittent fasting is also working wonders, only been on it for a few days but already noticed I'm coming in more shredded. Can't wait to be max shredded come schoolies and new years time :)

Yvonne also uploaded some pics of school too so I'll show you sick cunts x.

The pose I'm doing makes no sense ROFL

Little bit of self reflection

Was doing maths before and doing statistic questions on past exams and I was scared to read the next question because I was scared I would get it wrong. See, now that to me is a really stupid fear but it's as real as any other fear. I think I have this fear because I know that if I get it wrong, it would tear into my ego. My ego is telling me that you did maths studies last year so you are smarter and can get everything right without putting in hard work and despite statistics being your worst topic. What I originally saw this as was a a bad fear that makes me a girl but I realised that I have this fear so that I can overcome it. I am given this small fear so I can overcome it and feel accomplished about myself :). I am given this fear, so that I can beat it and grow and mature into the man that I need to be.

This situation isn't as big as others or even as real but it is a fear just like any other. Need to definitely overcome my other fears, they are just imaginations that help protect the bad part of the ego and always about the future which is NOT the PRESENT. I've noticed that the majority of my fears never happened and the sadness and fear that I felt was what I thought myself into believing :P.

Strong late night epiphany rofl.

Truthful image.

Beating the game + my day

If I know only a single thing in this whole wide world, it is that the second I click on that picture on Facebook that is literally at EVERY corner i turn, I have already lost the game rofl. Feelsgreatman.jpeg to finally be on top of the game and avoid it like the plague. Finally moving on with my life hehehe :D. Took a really long ass time but this is it :).

In other news, did ALOT of homework today. Well not even that much but alot compared to what I usually do. Done about 7 hours in total of homework and got about another 2ish hours before the night is done. Feel so drained of brain power and slightly concerned that the information I learned won't absorb into my head ahah. Always have this little worry every time I do homework and revise over old notes when exam time pops up on the calendar. Pretty sure it will seep through my zeolite structure brain though, always seems to find a magical way (strong wizardry).

Sitting down all day got my back really sore though so I decided to do some exercise. Haven't done a calisthenics circuit in a LOOOONGGGGG ass time, not since back in the old young days of no gym access thousands of moons ago :P. Also good because I don't have a gym membership now and don't plan to get one till after exams because it'll just be a waste of money and time spent at the gym. Calisthenics is officially my savior in other words ;) Prior to the workout I stretched for about 10 minutes to get the blood pumping and dat dere flexibility.

Did a circuit that consisted of:
- Push ups x 10
- Table rows x 10 (hardest of the lot because I was trying to activate my core throughout to strengthen it)
- Squats x 15
- Plank x 30 seconds (for half the circuit though I swapped this with stomach crunches x 15)
- Star jumps x 20
Did this a total of 7 times and it took me like 30 minutes. Built up a fair sweat as well which is sick. Need the cardio because fucking schoolies/summer shred, I am coming YOUR motherfucking way.

Once the circuit was completed I did another 20 minutes of hard stretches all round to help fix up my posture :). Feels great to exercise after a day of studious study :D.

Hope you all had a wonderful day, and if your exam time is coming up. Make sure you are revising ffs, don't be a chode licker and lick chodes xo.

Sick beat I listened to while working out. Easily the best song from Never Back Down.

Lucy's 18th Birthday!

Had Lucy's birthday party on the Saturday, 26/10/2013. Met up with Louise in town at 8:45ish pm and we caught the bus together to Lucy's house. We didn't realise how late we were until we actually got there and it was pretty funny LOL. Was funnier because Louise had to leave at like 11:00pm :P. The bus ride and walk was a good bonding experience. We both couldn't see the bus stop number while on the bus, that we had to get off at so we migrated seats 4 times and the people sitting behind us would've thought we were retards rofl. Despite this, we still missed our bus stop LOL. Memorable part of the long walk there was when I went to take a piss so I told Louise to hold my bottle of Lipton Iced Tea that was filled with Scotch. After I had done my private business, she threw it back to me and just fuck me. This was the worst throw I've ever seen BAHAHAHAHAH :'). She threw it underarm and it only travelled half the distance to me and fell flat on the ground, breaking and spilling over half the contents on the road ROFL. The throw was actually THAT bad, it had no distance and had so much height ROFL. I didn't think it was physically possible for someone to throw that bad, classic Lou Lou :).

Got to the party around about 9:30pmish and it was pretty average at best. There were decent people there but lots of people I don't really talk to. Was nice chilling with some people though, always puts a smile on my face seeing the Bens ahah. Definitely nice though seeing Lucy having a great time and smiling her ass off every time I saw her :D. Played pool for the first time while I was completely off my face and it was hard to say the least. Surprising, I did better than I do when I'm sober ROFL, maybe I'm just terrible at pool :P

Best part of the night was probably talking to Lucy's older brother, he was a mad chill dog and was telling me about finishing year 12, his life after school and how he is in construction and going to pursue hotel management soon. Seemed like such a chilled bloke ahah, would definitely invite back to a BBQ :).

Throughout the night I was calling up alot of the boys to go to town but no-one picked up because they were off their faces and when they did, they gave terrible details of there whereabouts so I had no-one to go with :(. Me and Maria were just chilling inside Lucy's pool room when she said she didn't have anyone to go with as well so we went togther ahah. It was such a random thing but it was a good time. We caught the taxi to Apple at midnight and got to lining up. When we got in, we met up with so many of the boys. Was such a good time dancing with them all :). First time going Apple and I reckon it was above average. ALOT different to what I imagined it as though ahah. At the beginning, they played such old school bangers it was great to dance to and sing ahah. Was probably a better night because of the chance to chill with all the guys :) One thing that I didn't like about it though was that the wog count at Apple was approximately 6 million over what I would've preferred :P. Where are art thou Asians.

Went home at 3:00am with Amanuel. His car was parked at AHS car park and Apple was half way down rundle street so the walk took a few generations. Was really tiring ahah :P Many thanks to him for giving me a lift home in the twinkling twilight hours.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUCY, MASTER OF MARS BAR SLICES!

Louise was using my phone to text her mumma because her phone broke and was being repaired. So we decided to send a selfie while waiting for the bus in town to Lucy's LOL. I think it's awesome how some people can send their parents photos like this and they find it hilarious. Her mum's reply was simply, "Lovely xx." She loved it :D

Shirt looks alot better than I thought it was going to ahah :D First in-club photos too, very interdasting.

Official last day ever of highschool part 2

Apparently it was time to go to the Senior Speech Day assembly so Mr. Menzies came up all in our grills angry saying that we needed to head off to home group :P. I quickly put my bag into LeMay's home group class and then lined up. While lining up, Mr. Paps was like, "Anyone with a signed shirt isn't going in." He then harrassed me and was like, "You're not going in," to which I just said, "I got a jumper (you motherfucker)" and put it on covering up all the siggies.

LOL at this transition and how my face remains the same throughout the process AHAHAHA

The walk to the assembly and seating was pretty emotional, it was the last time we were going to walk the corridors into the hall for an assembly :'(. Sat next to the real boys, Conor and Poida which is a good way to finish :) The assembly was shit though which was a terrible way to end year 12.... :/. The highlight video consisted of the same people being recycled and there was max favouritism for these people because they were friends of the video editor. Really wanted more of the cricketers in there, the lads and other groups of people that aren't really that known like Asians. Definitely needed internationals in there as well, not motherfucking the same people repeated 3 times. The music playing was people singing which was decent but I would've much preferred a really really sad song like Forever by Chris Brown or something. That would've surely gotten the waterworks out from people. There should've been a highlight video of the year of events such as the Melbourne/Macrob Exchange and Formal. That, with some quality reminiscent beats playing would've made the assembly perfecto <3.

There was a guest speaker that didn't make things much better.... She talked on for the longest time and kept on saying feminist shit about how she beat the male judges. That just dragged on for a long ass time and brutally murdered the climax :/ Such a disappointing assembly. Ontop of that, after the assembly was over, we weren't allowed to congregate on school grounds and we all got kicked off. So there wasn't one last time to see everyone and get signatures from people you didn't earlier. Wow, just wow. Thanks for a dodgy final day Adelaide High.

The Lads all decided to do a #finalflex as well which went down the shitter. We all went at different times, so we ate at different times and it wasn't a good time simple put, rofl. The GC radar was ticking at approximately 4 billion ticks per second as well which ruined shit hard. Arguably, our worst Maccas session this year :/.

Gotta look at the positive though :). I still love this school and it was pretty emotional sometimes throughout the day. Gonna miss it at missing levels over 9000 that's for sure :').

Official last day ever of highschool part 1

Had the last day on the Friday, 25/10/2013. Day started off pretty drabby, had chemistry in the morning and the whole class was doing a trial examination and everyone was silent. Definitely, did not set the mood for the day. Did get some work done though, so can't really complain ahah. Later on in the lesson it got better, we took a class photo and got to talking about Muck Up day which was the previous day. Everyone said they enjoyed it for pretty much all the same reasons and we were all so happy that it happened because it was a great end.

After lesson was over, we went to lesson 3 straight away since home group was made so it was later on in the day. It was maths studies and it was such a funny lesson LOLOLOL. Whole lessons consisted of talking to each other and reminiscing. Mrs. Black did a class speech which was really emotional and sad ahah :'(. She must've really liked this class because she didn't pull the ole speecheroo last year :P. She was saying how she always thinks that the coming years maths class won't be as good as the previous one but it always is and she was really happy with this class. After the speech, she gave us all toblerone chocolates. It was the same message as it was last year but I found it quite smart last year so I'm sure people enjoyed it :).

Since it was the last day and all, the timetable changed so home group was outside. Before home group started, everyone congregrated around the table area (where I always hang out) and we all got away at signing each other's school merchandise. Was the best part of the day ahah, the atmosphere was great and everyone was smiling, laughing and having a great time taking photos with each other :D. Didn't want to get my shirt signed earlier in the day because it wasn't a school shirt and was a nice dress shirt. But then I remembered I didn't get my shirt signed in primary school and it was a huge regret so I was like fuck it, YOLO. Feels good learning from mistakes hehehehe.

Year 12 is over

As im sitting here right now at 2:22am, the day after the last day of year 12. I still can't believe it, so many emotions and thoughts are running through my head right now. Makes me so sad but sososososo happy it happened :'). Can't sleep because so many things are going through my mind, I love everyone and am so excited to see them tomorrow at Lucy's. God, this is so damn sad. I just want to hug everyone so goddamn tight :'(.

I'm looking at my shirt that I got signed by people today and goddamit all. It brings a tear to my eye :'). I loved and always will love high school. Thank you Adelaide High <3 <3 <3. Cannot express the love and happiness that I experienced in my last year (srs).

Year 12 Muck up day part 4

Overall, this was one of the bestest days in my year 12 history. Thank you to each and every single person for making it so good and to all those for making it able to happen. God, I can't stay it enough ahah, I am going to miss this so much <3 I love so many of these people :'(. If any of you guys are reading this and still in highschool, make sure you enjoy the hell out of it because you will love it :D

THIS WAS THE BEST YEAR EVERRRRRRRR ARGHHHHHHHHH

Here are some more pics of the day for your enjoyments hehe :)

Cutest gif with a cutie too, http://imgflip.com/i/4dcik
